1. Who we are, and what this site is

Reel Outlook is an independent publisher of comparison and information content about online casino brands available to adults in Great Britain. It is funded by affiliate commission, as described in our affiliate disclosure.

2. We do not provide gambling

Reel Outlook is not a gambling operator, a regulator, a payment service, a wallet or an account provider. We accept no stakes or deposits, hold no customer funds, offer no games and operate no gambling accounts. We hold no gambling licence because we carry out no licensable activity. Every gambling service described on this site is provided by a separate company licensed by the Gambling Commission, and any account you open is a contract between you and that company on its terms.

3. Age and location

This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over who are lawfully able to gamble in Great Britain. If you are under 18, you must not use it and must not follow any link from it to a gambling operator. 7. Your dealings with operators

Any registration, deposit, wager, bonus, withdrawal, verification check or complaint is a matter between you and the operator concerned. We are not a party to it, we have no access to your account, and we cannot intervene. Complaints must be raised with the operator, and then with the alternative dispute resolution provider the operator is required to name.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend, restructure or withdraw any part of it, including removing an operator from our comparison, without notice.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content, including gambling losses incurred with any operator. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own jurisdiction.
