Reel Outlook is published online only. There is no call centre and no ticketing system — email reaches the editorial desk directly, which is usually faster than either.

Please put the brand or page name in the subject line. We read everything, and we reply to anything that needs a reply.
Corrections
Tell us the page, the sentence and what you believe the correct position is. If it concerns a licence, a licensee name or a domain, quoting the register entry helps us verify and fix it the same day. Our corrections page explains how we handle changes and how we record them.
Editorial questions
Questions about how a score was reached, why an operator is or is not covered, or how we sourced a particular fact are welcome. Our editorial policy answers most of them already.
Operators and commercial enquiries
Use the same address. Commercial correspondence has no effect on scores, running order or the content of a review, and we do not remove criticism at an operator's request. If you are contacting us about a licence change, a rebrand or a domain change, say so in the subject line and we will prioritise the check.
Data protection requests
Requests about personal data held by this website should also come to the address above. Our privacy policy sets out what we hold, which is very little, and what your rights are.
What we cannot do
We are not a gambling operator and we have no access to any gambling account, so we cannot check a balance, release a withdrawal, restore a bonus, reverse a self-exclusion or intervene in a verification check.
If you have a dispute with a casino, raise it first with that operator's customer support in writing. If it is not resolved, the operator must tell you which alternative dispute resolution provider handles its complaints, and that service is free to you. The Gambling Commission publishes guidance on the process and on what the regulator can and cannot look at.
